Account and sign-in
- Sign in with Apple or Google. We do not store your Apple or Google password.
- To disconnect Google from PicklePath.ai, open Settings in the app and use Disconnect Google.
- To revoke Sign in with Apple, use iOS Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
Or email support@picklepath.ai from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.
Deleting PicklePath.ai does not delete your Apple or Google account.
Report content or block a user
Players and coaches can post profile text, videos, and messages. If you see content that breaks our Terms:
- Open that person’s profile or the related screen in the app
- Use Report and choose a reason
- Use Block if you do not want them to contact you
We review reports and hide content when needed. Blocked users are listed under Settings → Blocked Users.
AI chat (Coach PATH and Pickle)
Coach PATH and Assistant Coach Pickle are AI. Messages and relevant training context are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate replies. The app asks you to agree before the first send. Details: Privacy Policy.
AI replies can be wrong. They are not a substitute for a human coach or medical advice.
Assessments and ratings
Open Assessment Hub from Home. Skills covers four areas. Shot Mastery covers shots. Home shows your combined rating. You can retake skill areas after you finish an assessment.
Find a coach
From Home or Train, open the coaches flow to browse coaches and send a connection request. A coach’s intro video plays after they accept the connection.
