This policy describes how LiVaTech Ventures LLC (“PicklePath.ai”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in the PicklePath.ai iOS app and on picklepath.ai.
1. Who we are
PicklePath.ai started on the court. Livia Vass, a pickleball addict in North Carolina, built the training app she wanted for her own game: see the gaps, train them, then check the work.
LiVaTech Ventures LLC operates PicklePath.ai — the iOS app and this website. Made in North Carolina.

2. Information we collect
Account and profile
- Name and email address from Sign in with Apple or Google
- Apple or Google account identifiers used to keep you signed in
- Optional profile details you enter, such as phone number, location text, bio, and photo
- Your role in the app (player, coach, or both)
Training and coaching content
- Skill and shot assessments, ratings, goals, and session history
- Notes you write and notes a connected coach writes about you
- Training videos and photos you choose to upload, including audio recorded with those videos
- Chat messages with coaches and with the in-app assistants (Coach PATH for players, Pickle for coaches)
- Reports you submit about other users’ content, and users you block
Product analytics
If analytics are on for your account, we record how you use the app so we can improve it. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy. We do not use analytics for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Technical data
- App version, device type, and crash or error information
- Authentication tokens stored on your device in the iOS Keychain
We do not collect precise GPS location. Any location field in the app is text you type, such as a club name.
We do not currently collect push-notification device tokens.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account
- Run assessments, training, coaching tools, and progress views
- Let connected coaches and players see what they need to train together
- Generate AI coaching replies from your messages and training context
- Review reports and hide or remove content that violates our Terms
- Improve the product when analytics are enabled
- Prevent abuse and keep the service reliable
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for cross-app advertising.
4. How we share information
- Other users you connect with. A coach you accept can see relevant training and profile information. A player you coach can see what you share in that relationship. A coach’s intro video is shown only after the connection is accepted.
- Sign-in providers. Apple and Google authenticate you. We receive the identity token they issue; we do not receive your password. You can disconnect Google in Settings. You can revoke Sign in with Apple in iOS Settings.
- AI provider. Coach PATH and Pickle are AI assistants. When you use in-app chat, we send your messages and relevant training context to Anthropic PBC so Claude can generate replies. If you are a coach with a player selected, that player’s training history is included. We do not use this for advertising. Chat does not send until you agree in the app.
- Infrastructure providers. Hosting, file storage, and error-monitoring vendors process data only to run the service. Crash and error reports may be processed by Sentry.
- Safety. If you report content, we review it and may hide it. We do not share report details with other users.
- Legal requests. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or by emailing support@picklepath.ai.
When we delete an account we remove or anonymize personal data tied to it, including name, email, sign-in identifiers, and profile photo. We may keep a non-identifying record where needed for security, backups, or legal obligations. Training videos and notes you uploaded are removed or detached from your identity.
Deleting PicklePath.ai does not delete your Apple or Google account.
6. Your choices
- Update profile information in the app
- Turn product analytics off in Settings → Privacy
- Agree or decline AI chat sharing before your first message
- Report content or block another user
- Disconnect a coach or player relationship
- Disconnect Google from Settings, or revoke Sign in with Apple in iOS Settings
- Request a copy of your data or deletion by emailing support
7. Children
PicklePath.ai is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data retention and security
We keep account and training data while your account is active. After deletion we retain only what we must for backups, fraud prevention, or law. We encrypt data in transit and store session tokens in the device Keychain. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
9. International users
We may process information in the United States, including when we send chat context to Anthropic. If you use the app from another country, your information may be transferred to the U.S.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and post the new version at this URL. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
