This policy describes how LivaTech LLC (“PicklePath.ai”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in the PicklePath.ai iOS app and on picklepath.ai. It is written to match what the product actually does. Have a lawyer review it before you treat it as final legal advice.
1. Who we are
PicklePath.ai is an iOS app for pickleball skill development, coaching, and training. It is operated by LivaTech LLC.

2. Information we collect
Account and profile
- Name and email address from Sign in with Apple or Google
- Apple or Google account identifiers used to keep you signed in
- Optional profile details you enter, such as phone number, location text, bio, and photo
- Your role in the app (player, coach, or both)
Training and coaching content
- Skill and shot assessments, ratings returned by our servers, goals, and session history
- Notes you write and notes a connected coach writes about you
- Training videos and photos you choose to upload, including audio recorded with those videos
- Chat messages between you, coaches, and the in-app assistant
Product analytics
If analytics are enabled for your account, we record product-interaction events so we can understand how the app is used and improve it. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy. This is not used for third-party advertising and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Technical data
- App version, device type, and crash or error information
- Authentication tokens stored on your device in the iOS Keychain (via secure storage)
We do not collect precise GPS location. Any “location” field in the app is text you type (for example, a club name).
Push notification device tokens are not collected unless we enable push delivery and you opt in. That feature is currently off.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account
- Run assessments, training plans, coaching tools, and progress views
- Let connected coaches and players see the information needed to train together
- Generate AI coaching suggestions from the training context you already stored with us
- Improve the product when analytics are enabled
- Prevent abuse and keep the service reliable
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for cross-app advertising.
4. How we share information
- Other users you connect with. A coach you accept can see relevant training and profile information. A player you coach can see what you share in that relationship.
- Sign-in providers. Apple and Google authenticate you. We receive the identity token they issue; we do not receive your password.
- Infrastructure providers. Hosting, file storage, and error monitoring vendors process data only to run the service.
- Legal requests. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account from Settings in the app, or by emailing support@picklepath.ai.
When we delete an account we anonymize or remove personal data tied to it (name, email, sign-in identifiers, profile photo, and similar). We may keep a non-identifying record where needed for security, backups, or legal obligations. Training videos and notes you uploaded are removed or detached from your identity.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, deleting PicklePath.ai does not delete your Apple or Google account.
6. Your choices
- Update profile information in the app
- Turn product analytics off in Settings → Privacy
- Disconnect a coach or player relationship
- Request a copy of your data or deletion by emailing support
7. Children
PicklePath.ai is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data retention and security
We keep account and training data while your account is active. After deletion we retain only what we must for backups, fraud prevention, or law. We use industry-standard transport encryption and store session tokens in the device secure store. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
9. International users
We may process information in the United States. If you use the app from another country, you understand that information may be transferred to the U.S.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and post the new version at this URL. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
