This Cookie Notice explains how LiVaTech Ventures LLC (“PicklePath.ai”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies in connection with the picklepath.ai website and the PicklePath.ai mobile application.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They let a website recognize your device, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used.
Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept until their expiry or until you delete them). We also use browser web storage (HTML5 local and session storage) where useful, which behaves like a cookie but stores larger amounts of data.
2. How we use cookies and similar technologies
This notice is written to match what the website and app actually do. The picklepath.ai site is a static website; it does not run third-party advertising or a cookie banner of its own. The technologies in use are:
First-party / essential
- Site operation. The static website itself does not set cookies; the site has no server-side session tracking or personalization cookies. We may add essential cookies in the future to keep the site functional and will update this notice.
- App local storage. The iOS app stores authentication tokens and UI preferences in the device secure store and local storage so you stay signed in and your settings persist. This data stays on your device.
Third-party (CDN asset delivery)
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the site typography. Asset-delivery requests may set or read cookies from these domains.
- Font Awesome via cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — serves icons; the CDN may set cookies for caching and CDN analytics.
These are performance/caching technologies, not advertising trackers. To restrict cookies from these third parties, you can limit or block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
Product analytics
Product analytics in the app are on by default and can be turned off in Settings → Privacy → Analytics. They are first-party, used to improve the app, and not used for advertising. Usage events the app records on your phone stay on your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
Mobile SDKs
The app uses third-party SDKs for error monitoring (Sentry), sign-in (Apple and Google), and subscriptions (RevenueCat) that process data to run their services. The app uses no advertising or tracking SDKs and does not read your advertising identifier.
3. Controlling cookies
- Browser settings. You can allow, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you disable cookies, the site still works but we may not remember your preferences across visits.
- Third-party opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the cookie provider or through industry programs (NAI, DAA). These apply to the CDN and font providers, not to us directly.
- Do Not Track. Browsers may send Do Not Track signals. The website does not change its behavior in response, because it does not track you across sites.
- Ad-ID on mobile. Your mobile device settings may let you limit the use of the advertising identifier. The app does not use an ad network to read the ad-ID.
4. Changes
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. Check the “Last updated” date above and this page regularly.
