Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026 · Last updated October 27, 2026

This policy explains how LiVaTech Ventures LLC (“PicklePath.ai”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and deletes consumer health data in the PicklePath.ai iPhone app and on picklepath.ai. It is written for the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), Nevada’s consumer health data law (NRS 603A.400 to 603A.550), and Connecticut’s rules for consumer health data, and we apply it to every user. It adds to our main Privacy Policy.

1. Consumer health data we collect

“Consumer health data” means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. In PicklePath.ai that can include:

  • Physical limitations you choose to select: knee or hip, shoulder, back, or limited mobility.
  • Limitation notes you choose to write, such as a past injury or surgery.
  • Health details you choose to write elsewhere in the app, such as an injury you mention in a chat message, goal, session note, or feedback, or that a connected coach writes in a note about you.
  • A filtering result derived from your limitations: that some drills, games, or shots were left out of a session for you.

Entering physical limitations is optional. Training activity such as sessions, drills, and skill ratings measures pickleball skill; we do not use it to work out your health status.

2. Where we get it

  • From you, when you enter it in the app.
  • From a coach you connect with, when the coach writes a note about you.
  • From our own systems, when we filter content using your limitations.

3. Why and how we use it

  • Physical limitations are used only to leave out drills, games, and shots that may not suit you when we build sessions and assessments, including sessions a connected coach builds for you, and to show your selections back to you. They are processed by automated rules on our servers. They are not sent to any AI provider, not shown to coaches or other users, and not used for advertising.
  • Limitation notes are stored for you to see and edit. We do not use them to make decisions about you, and we do not send them to any AI provider.
  • Health details you or your coach write in other content are handled like the rest of that content: stored so you (and, where you share it, your coach) can see it, and, only if the person using the feature has given AI consent, included as context for AI features as described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
  • We also use consumer health data as needed to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We collect physical limitations only when you choose to enter them so we can provide the filtering you ask for. We do not collect consumer health data for any other purpose, and we will ask for your consent before collecting or using it for a new purpose.

4. Who receives it

We do not sell consumer health data. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers (processors) that store or process it for us under contract and only on our instructions: OVHcloud (servers and database, United States) and Cloudflare (network security for app traffic, file storage and encrypted backups). Encrypted backups are kept on Cloudflare R2 and on storage we control.
  • AI providers, only for health details written in chat messages, goals, or coach notes marked “Shared with AI”, and only when the person using the AI feature has given AI consent: Anthropic, and for tagging coach notes by skill focus, OpenRouter or Cloudflare Workers AI. Physical limitations and limitation notes are never sent to AI providers.
  • A coach you connect with, only for health details you choose to include in content you share with that coach, or that the coach wrote.
  • Legal requirements, if the law requires us to disclose it.

We have no affiliates that receive consumer health data. No third party collects consumer health data about you over time and across different websites or online services through PicklePath.ai. We do not use geofencing.

5. Your rights

  • Confirm and access. Ask whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, get a copy of it, and get a list of every third party and affiliate we shared it with, with contact information for each.
  • Review and change. See, change, or clear your physical limitations and notes at any time in Settings → Privacy → Physical Limitations.
  • Withdraw consent. Clear your physical limitations in the app to stop us from using them. To withdraw AI consent, turn it off in Settings → Privacy → AI features, or email us as described below.
  • Delete. Ask us to delete your consumer health data, or delete your whole account in Settings → Delete Account. We delete it from our active systems and tell our service providers to delete it too. Copies in encrypted backups are removed within 6 months of the request.
  • Appeal. If we decline a request, you can appeal (see below).

6. How to make a request

Email support@picklepath.ai with the subject “Consumer health data request” from the email address on your PicklePath.ai account, and say what you want us to do. You do not need to create an account to make a request; if you have one, we may ask you to confirm the request from it. We may ask for more information if we cannot confirm it is you.

We respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we will tell you within those 45 days, with the reason, and take at most 45 more days. Responses are free up to twice a year.

Appeals. If we decline your request, reply to our answer with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will tell you in writing within 45 days what we did or did not do, and why. If we deny the appeal, you can contact your state attorney general:

  • Washington: atg.wa.gov/file-complaint
  • Nevada: ag.nv.gov complaints
  • Connecticut: portal.ct.gov/ag complaint form

7. Security and access

Only people who need consumer health data to run or support the service can access it. We encrypt it in transit and encrypt backups before they leave our servers.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post any change at this URL and update the date above. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and we will ask for your consent before collecting, using, or sharing consumer health data in a new way.
